Youth Federation Year Group Leader  wanted for 2017

Form positive relationships with youth and families.
Provide supervision and support in Teen Center activities.
Lead various teen centered activities, workshops, and events.
Maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment by ensuring that spaces used are neat, organized, and foster physical and emotional safety.
Review program work plans with After-School Site Director and Teen and Youth Services Coordinator for effective program implementation.
Instruct students on the safe and proper use of supplies and equipment.
Implement behavioral management practices and enforce community agreements.
Participate in cleaning and maintaining the facilities and equipment.
Interact professionally and appropriately with youth, parents, staff, and community.
Participate in staff meetings and on-going training opportunities.
Perform related duties as assigned.
